Over the past 20 years, Paul has overseen the authoring of foundational stories (visions) for approximately 100 well-known resorts, resort villages and resort corporations around the world. In doing so, Paul has drawn on the storytelling work he has done for two Olympics, four World's Fairs, the Smithsonian, the Museum of Civilization, the global natural attractions industry, and a number of Fortune 500 companies.
Located in Vancouver, Canada, E+S has helped author storylines for many of North America’s best-known and move loved resorts, villages and communities. These storylines have served as idea blueprints or roadmaps into the future for the project teams leading development in these communities.
Steve Miller
Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President, The Biltmore Company
Steve Miller is the vice-chairman of the executive committee and executive vice president of The Biltmore Company, which owns and operates Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. In his role, Miller is responsible for developing the long-range strategic direction and corporate planning for Biltmore's various business divisions, including Biltmore House and Gardens, Biltmore Estate Wine Company, the Inn on Biltmore Estate, and Biltmore's For Your Home and For Your Gardens licensing programs. He also provides leadership for new business development. Miller is past chair of the North Carolina Chamber of Commerce, past chairman of the board of Mission Hospitals, and currently serves on the boards of Asheville Savings Bank and the Community Foundation of Western North Carolina. Miller is an adjunct professor for family business in the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
