Community Involvement

It's our belief that people who are engaged and invested in their community are more fulfilled. Our cornerstones philosophy focuses on the principles of Place, Health, Education, Technology and Community to provide residents a framework from which they can choose how they want to become involved in their community. Their interests and passions serve as the inspiration and ultimately the leadership for what we call "social venture capital" which leads to the development of "emotional equity". By working together to create foundations the communities are able to preserve what most needs protecting and foster growth for what is yet to be.

Community Foundations Established

Baldwin Center for Preservation Development

The Baldwin Center for Preservation Development is dedicated to advancing state-of-the-art practices in rural land use planning and development, agricultural preservation, environmental stewardship and to sharing the lessons and experiences of Bundoran Farm with others.

Celebration Foundation

The Celebration Foundation works hand-in-hand with its neighbors to build a strong and caring Central Florida community. The Celebration Foundation’s goals are to establish the Celebration Foundation as an important, effective valued and essential organization; to be a catalyst and investor of citizen involvement and community development; and to maintain an effective governing body that will ensure that The Celebration Foundation carries out its mission now and in the future.

Mount Washington Resort Foundation

The Mount Washington Resort Foundation was established to foster stewardship and opportunities. Focused on the cornerstones of nature, heritage, culture and recreation, the Foundation will implement educational initiatives and create new and enduring traditions in the White Mountain Region of New Hampshire.

Virginia Hot Springs Preservation Trust

The Virginia Hot Springs Preservation Trust was founded to ensure and enhance the preservation and protection of the place and culture inhabited by Homestead Preserve, and to encourage and enable Homestead Preserve residents and members of the larger Warm Springs Valley community to become stewards of this place and culture.
