Charles E. Adams
Charles Adams is a founding principal of Celebration Associates and currently serves as the firm's managing partner with oversight of all of Celebration's projects and relationships.
Previously, Charles served as a Vice President for The Celebration Company and Walt Disney Imagineering and was a key player in the design and development of Celebration, Florida, and Little Lake Bryan near Orlando. He also played an instrumental role in planning residential development at Euro Disney near Paris, France.
Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company in 1990, he worked with Trammell Crow Residential developing luxury apartment communities in and around Orlando, Daytona, and Jacksonville, Florida.
Don E. Killoren
Don Killoren is a founding principal of Celebration Associates. He currently serves as the co-general manager for Homestead Preserve, President of Virginia Hot Springs Building Company as well as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Clear Springs Development Company, LLC.
Previously, Don was Vice President of Community Development for Walt Disney Imagineering and Vice President General Manager for The Celebration Company. In these roles he held overall responsibility for Disney's retail and mixed-used community developments of Celebration, Little Lake Bryan, Crossroads Shopping Center, and Magnolia Creek in Florida. He also assisted in the development of Euro Disney's residential strategy and early development. In addition, Don spearheaded the property-wide environmental strategy for The Walt Disney Company, culminating in the creation of The Disney Wilderness Preserve.
Prior to joining Disney in 1990, Don served as Executive Vice President and a partner in E. Speer and Associates, a community development firm in Stuart, Florida. He helped develop the ULI award-winning Mariner Sands golf course community. Previously he was President of Lewis-Killoren Properties, a residential building and development company in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Michael D. Brunetti
Mike Brunetti is a development principal with Celebration Associates and the Director of Planning. In addition, he is the Director of Development for the Mount Washington Resort. His responsibilities include overseeing all real estate development, sales and marketing, homebuilding, and resort expansion and renovations.
As the Director of Planning, Mike heads up planning efforts for all company projects, including; Baxter Village in Ft Mill, SC and the Homestead Preserve in Hot Springs, VA. He also serves in a strategic advisory role to the Clear Springs Development Company projects in South Carolina.
Before joining Celebration Associates, Mike was a Project Manager/ Development Coordinator with LandDesign Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina. During his seven year career with LandDesign, Mike managed a design team which conducted master planning, design development, and project management on a variety of projects including; large scale master planed communities, neo-traditional design and development, regional planning, golf course design, urban design and developments incorporating mixed use, commercial, office, single family and multifamily program elements.
Rob Mitchell
Rob Mitchell is a principal in Celebration Associates and is responsible for the day-to-day management of Celebration Associates' efforts with Clear Springs Development Company in Fort Mill, SC, as well as any potential new community development projects in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
Previously, Rob served as President and CEO of Linger Longer Communities where he was responsible for Reynolds Plantation, Reynolds Landing, and Achasta. He led every aspect of community development and management within these communities including planning, development, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and human resources.
Rob served in the United States Navy, attaining the rank of Lieutenant and holding responsibility for multiple golf courses, gymnasiums, bowling centers, and staff support programs. Following the Navy, Rob joined the Walt Disney Company. Over a twenty-year period, Rob held an array of executive positions with the Disney organization in areas that included design and engineering, project development, and facilities and resort management.
After leaving the Disney organization in 1996, Rob served as Chief Operating Officer for the Kessler Collection of Hotels in Florida where he was responsible for the operation of a chain of upscale boutique hotels. In 1999, Rob became a partner with Celebration Associates and was representing their organization at Reynolds Plantation when he accepted his position with the Reynolds organization.
Joseph E. Barnes
Joe Barnes is a development principal with Celebration Associates and the Director of Architecture and Design. In his role as, he works with all project teams on design and design implementation initiatives. In addition, he is the Director of Development for Bundoran Farm and currently serves as Town Architect for Homestead Preserve.
Prior to joining Celebration Associates, Joe was the Principal of Commonwealth Partnership, LLC, a real estate consulting and management firm dedicated to the creation and enhancement of endearing and enduring places. Most recently he served as the General Manager of the East Beach Company, LLC, the master developers for East Beach, a 100 acre mixed-use redevelopment project situated along the Chesapeake Bay in Norfolk, VA
Joe has worked on numerous projects of varying types and scales. Before launching East Beach, Joe served as the General Manager of I'On, the critically acclaimed and financially successful a 243 acre mixed-use village in Mount Pleasant, SC. Joe was also part of the initial development team for Celebration, FL where he managed the development of the residential design component of the town and served as the first Town Architect.
Amy Westwood
Amy Westwood is the Director of Technology and is responsible for the planning, implementation and oversight of technology components for Celebration Associates' community development and consulting initiatives.
Chad Rowe
Chad Rowe is the Director of Real Estate Sales and is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for all Celebration Associates projects. He works with individual project sales teams to craft processes, policies and procedures uniquely appropriate for each project and manage ongoing sales training, recruiting and reporting.
Greg Jones
Greg Jones is a Project Planner and landscape architect and serves as the Land Planner for Homestead Preserve in Bath County Virginia. His primary responsibilities include securing land entitlements, community planning & design.
Mike Hahaj
Mike Hahaj is Celebration Associates' Regional Controller. A licensed C.P.A., Mike is responsible for the financial analysis and accounting management of a multitude of development companies, construction companies and real estate brokerage.
